September meeting minutes approved- Lukas made motion, 2nd by Mark. All in favor

Treasurer Report: Balance $xxxx.xx. Paid $5 for the month to bank for maintenance fee. Still in the process of researching if we want to change to a credit union to avoid a fee. Lukas made motion to approve, 2nd by Darryl

Old Business:
—Ithaca repeater upgrade done beginning of the month. Old antenna was in very rough shape, so a new one was installed along with a new line ran up the tower. Performance has been significantly better 2-3 times the range. Wednesday night Net at 7pm will now be on Ithaca repeater as it now has a larger range than Alma.
—Cedar Lake project- had set of cans donated to the club. Now have all equipment needed just need to get to when can install.
— Nonprofit status- continued discussion on if club wants to become nonprofit. Dick sent his research on the topic to Mark for review. This will be sent to officers to then go over as a group to see if they want to proceed.
— Skywarn drill— Will do quarterly drill during Wednesday night net time 7pm on 11/11/26. Also discussed Skywarn net will be activated any time under a warning, anyone can start a net. Net script is on the website as well as a copy at the EOC radio room. Discussed changing primary Skywarn repeater to Ithaca from Alma as now it has a larger footprint. For now will keep Alma as primary, but will be changing to Ithaca in near future.
— Continued discussion on putting meeting minutes on the website. Was voted to put on website for public viewing.

New Business:
— Field day 2027 June 26-27- Allen working on event, will have at Ithaca fair grounds. Allen is looking for at least 2 volunteers to help as well. Also looking into doing several other events to have a booth at. I’d have ideas or want to help please contact Allen AC8VT.

—Skywarn quarterly drill during Wednesday net 11/11 at 7pm on Alma repeater.
