Introduction to POTA

Parks On The Air or POTA for short is an initiative for amateur radio operators to promote emergency awareness and communications from state and national parks. The Gratiot County Amateur Radio Association will be doing an “Introduction to POTA” hands on presentation prior to the March GCARA monthly meeting outside the Gratiot County Emergency Operations Center (weather permitting, inside otherwise) starting at 5 PM eastern standard time. Public is welcome to join.
